Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival or the incorrect style item was shipped. Defective or damaged items will be accepted within 10 business days from the shipped date. Defective or damaged returns will be issued an exchange for the same style item or for store credit. If 10 days have gone by since your item was shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit – NO EXCEPTIONS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labels.

Once your email is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation with a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be written on the original packing before shipping the package back. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to process. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER OR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Rose Velvet is not responsible for sending returns back if sent without approval.
ROSEVELVET SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods.
Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made.
A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
ROSEVELVET CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the website.
Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for packing and handling.
Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
